If a parcel arrives and it looks likely the contents will be damaged, please take a photograph of the unopened record mailer first, from each angle clearly showing the damaged package.
This will assist us, when applying for compensation from the postal service used, without images of the damaged parcel still sealed it's very hard to prove the record is indeed part of what was sent.
